How diginuCashBack works
diginuCashBack uses a simple claim process where members check in at least 5min before their purchase, upload a valid Tax invoice or receipt, and receive approved cashback into their diginuPay wallet.
1. Check in before you pay
Members check in through the diginuCashBack app at least 5 minutes before making a qualifying purchase. This helps confirm the visit and supports the cashback claim process.
2. Upload your receipt
After the purchase, the member uploads a valid tax invoice or receipt in the app. The receipt must show the purchase details, dates, times, merchant and items clearly.
3. Claim review
Each cashback claim is reviewed before approval. This helps protect members, merchants and the diginuCashBack platform from duplicate or invalid claims.
4. Approved cashback is paid weekly
Approved cashback is paid into the member’s diginuPay wallet. Cashback payouts are processed weekly on Fridays at 15:15.
