3. CONTACT SYNCING AND NETWORK DATA
3.1 Where you grant permission, diginuCashBack may access your device contacts to identify which of your contacts are already registered Members and to enable referral functionality.
3.2 Contact data may include names and phone numbers stored on your device.
3.3 This data is used solely for matching, referral tracking and enhancing your user experience.
3.4 diginuCashBack does not send communications to your contacts without your direct action.
3.5 Contact data is processed securely and may be anonymised or hashed where applicable.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 We process personal information to provide you with access to the Platform, manage your membership, process claims, enable cashback and referral commissions, and improve our services.
4.2 We may use your data to personalise your experience, including showing relevant offers, notifications and content.

6. PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL DATA
6.1 Payments are processed through third party providers and we do not store full card or banking details.
6.2 Transaction and payment data may be processed to facilitate payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
6.3 Cashback and earnings are paid into the diginuPay Wallet, which is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
7. VOUCHERS AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES
7.1 Where you purchase or redeem vouchers, including those used within the Bolt app, certain limited information may be shared with relevant third party partners to enable the service.
7.2 Use of such services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the third party provider.
7.3 diginuCashBack is not responsible for the processing of personal information by third party platforms once data is shared in accordance with your actions.

8.1 We may share personal information with third party providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors, technology providers and compliance partners.
